Each member brings a wealth of experience, diverse perspectives, and an unwavering commitment to our mission of creating a supportive living community that fosters healing, growth, and independence.
Our directors are professionals, leaders, and advocates with expertise spanning nonprofit management, financial planning, legal guidance, real estate development, and holistic wellness. Their collaborative leadership ensures that our programs are impactful, sustainable, and grounded in compassion. Our Board provides the strategic direction and governance that enables The Sparrow Collective to thrive as the first agency of its kind in Massachusetts. Together, they guide our vision, ensuring we deliver the wrap-around services, faith-based mentorship, and holistic support women need to embrace their next chapter.
Susan brings 25 years of nonprofit management, executive + church leadership, and organizational development to the team. Her passion is to advance the position, equity, and opportunity for women. As a divorcee, Susan understands the challenges and opportunities women encounter during this critical period of time.
